Find out more about the services I offer. You can work alone with me, or in a group. Either way, coaching is a highly interactive form of self-growth that invites you to express yourself and discover what you truly want to achieve.
PERSONAL COACHING
My aim in coaching is to help you reach your potential by exploring what you want and how to get there.
First we’ll reveal your desires. What do you want? More control of your life to get more done? Do you want to gain a deeper understanding of the environment around you?
During personal coaching sessions, we will uncover your specific needs, and I will encourage and support you on your way to living a fulfilling life.
Personal coaching allows us to quickly discover and address your individual needs and desires. In one on one coaching we have time to go deeper into issues right away. During our conversation, we'll build a rapport that reveals valuable insights into the causes behind issues. Overall, personal coaching is a deeper, more intensive approach that reveals your needs and moves you toward the life you desire.
I offer an introductory session, so you can
decide if coaching is right for you.
If so, I’ll send you an agreement form that outlines specific details, but here’s an overview of how it works. Sessions are conducted in person or by telephone, and between meetings there is limited email support. Usually sessions are once a week and last 45 minutes. Everyone has different needs but most clients continue for 12 sessions.
This gives us time to define your goals, take steps to reach them, and to build sustainable results. It is possible to continue coaching for longer, but you may not need it. Coaching teaches valuable tools that will help you coach yourself.
ACTION PLAN LIVE SEMINARS
One of the best ways to feel at home wherever you are is to
control your time and actions. In the Action Plan Seminar you
will explore your values to discover your true needs. Then you
will identify specific steps toward fulfilling your goals—without
losing site of what matters to you most.
In the first session you will learn:
- What defines a goal
- Why goal setting is important and empowering
- How to identify a personal or professional goal worth pursuing
- How to break up goals into manageable tasks
- Steps to achieve your goal
- How to keep moving to complete your goals.
Then, once monthly, your group will discuss specific progress and effective ways to achieve goals. Over time, you will form a strong community of structure and support. In the ongoing meetings, we will:
- Share empowering experiences
- Discuss how friends, family or colleagues respond to changes you are making
- Learn how to stop old habits that keep you from moving forward
- Define successful strategies for all your goals.
We will also learn to define boundaries that support us and build self-esteem so that we stay focused on what matters to us most.
The seminars and ongoing meetings are limited to ten participants. This ensures that everyone gets the most out of the experience. It also allows time for each participant to go over their progress with the group.
Group energy stimulates fast progress and strong commitments... and members feel comfortable sharing their experiences in a fully confidential atmosphere. Overall, these seminars and subsequent meetings are ideal when you seek a deep understanding of goals, personal growth, and, by the end of the series, the powerful ability to coach yourself as you move forward on future goals.
ACTION PLAN TELE-SEMINARS
The Action Plan seminars are also available through a series of
10 tele-classes. We cover the same material found in the live
seminar, but the pace is intensive. This leads to quick action
and momentum that can make even difficult challenges seem easier.
The calls begin with an introductory session and then follow with
highly interactive group calls that meet once a week. The group
calls are supportive and inspiring. And at an hour each they move
fast. Tele-seminar groups are limited to 10 participants and are
an excellent alternative to the live seminars.
